Exchange Conditions – The Shoe Fairy

We want you to absolutely love your new heels! If you need to make an exchange, here’s how it works. 

• You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Heels must be returned in their original order — unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including the shoe box and protective bag).

• Customers are responsible for both return shipping and the shipping fee for the new pair.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll ship your new pair out as soon as possible.

• Exchanges depend on stock availability at the time of processing.

If you’re unsure about sizing or fit, don’t stress, our team is always happy to help before you place your order so you get the perfect fit first time.
