Posing might be what brings you to APS, but the Athlete Program is about the whole journey. Itā€™s the coaching, accountability, practice and support that helps you walk onto that stage knowing youā€™ve left nothing to chance.

Round 1, 2027 is now open with four coaches, three programs and places for male and female athletes at every level.

  • coach becc

    Coach Becc

    FOUNDER & HEAD COACH
    Available on Full & Off-Season Programs

    Becc started competing in 2014 and built APS from the ground up after experiencing firsthand how little support there was for athletes when it came to posing. She created APS to be the kind of support system she wished sheā€™d had herself.

    Since then, sheā€™s earned multiple gold medals at the World Cup and Natural Olympia, competed at the Amateur Olympia, and medalled across IFBB, ICN and INBA/PNBA. As a qualified NPC IFBB Pro League Judge and creator of the Best Bikini Poser Award, she knows exactly what judges are looking for.

    Her coaching is all about individual, tailored routines and making sure every athlete feels confident and prepared on show day. Fair warning: sheā€™ll also be the one waving and smiling like a mad-woman at your show.

    Coach Mel

    APS COACH - IFBB BIKINI PRO
    Available on Full & Off-Season Programs

    Mel is an IFBB Bikini Pro with 6+ years in the bodybuilding industry, and she brings every bit of that experience to the athletes she coaches in Sydney.

    She works with everyone from first-timers to seasoned competitors, specialising in IFBB bikini, NBA bikini, and ICN bikini, fitness and sports. What sets Mel apart is the full picture. She's a wealth of knowledge across training, nutrition, posing, and presentation.

    You're not just getting a posing coach. You're getting someone who understands the entire journey and who will make sure every part of your presentation is exactly where it needs to be when it counts.

    Coach Ajay

    APS COACH - INBA CLASSIC PHYSIQUE PRO
    Available on Male Program only

    Ajay's story starts in 2020 as a junior competitor, 60kg of weight loss behind him, and a love for bodybuilding. In October 2025, he won his Classic Physique Pro card. Two weeks later, he stepped on stage at the 2025 Vegas Natural Olympia.

    As a Diagnostic Radiographer, online coach, and posing coach, Ajay knows what it takes to perform at the highest level while balancing a full life outside the sport. He works with male competitors to help them truly maximise their performance and efforts on stage. Ajay coaches male athletes across all federations and divisions.

    APS COACH - IFBB CLASSIC PHYSIQUE PRO
    Available on Male Program only

    Josh is a builder by trade and by passion, shaping luxury homes by day and world-class physiques by night. As an IFBB Classic Physique Pro, he knows what it takes to refine the details that make a physique stand out. At APS, he coaches male athletes across all divisions and federations (except FMG), helping them master their stage presence with confidence and control.
